]]> The principle of this equipment is that a long beam resting on a road surface at one end and  balanced at a point to give a ratio of 2:1 will magnify small deflections caused by loadings adjacent to the end of the beam in contact with the road. By using a stable platform adjacent to the other end of the beam, this small movement can be measured accurately. It is of light weight construction and can be separated into two parts for ease of transport. Supplied complete with dial gauge 0.01 x 25mm
