The gasket is made using neoprene rubber and the steam jacket is argon-welded and is made using stainless steel. The top lid is made using stainless steel of the best quality. The lid tightening and lid opening is manually handled using a radial locking system and a paddle lifting device, respectively. The water level indicator is fitted on the outer chamber.

  • Middle chamber is made up of Stainless Steel 304
  • Lid is made up of Stainless steel 304
  • Radial Locking system made of steel bars

  • Low water cut off device with alarm facility for safety of heater
  • End of the cycle buzzer to alert the user
  • Miniature Circuit Breaker for MAINS On/Off plus safety of control panel
  • Solenoid Valve for automatic purging and exhaust (as per user requirement)
